Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

We do not offer returns for change of mind, including incorrect sizing or personal preference.

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The item is faulty or damaged
  • You have received the wrong item


Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and payment has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

As we begin processing orders quickly, we are unable to accommodate change-of-mind cancellations after checkout. If your order is affected by a fault, error, or cannot be fulfilled, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.


Sizing

We provide a detailed size guide to help you choose the correct fit. As we do not offer returns for incorrect sizing, we strongly recommend checking the size chart carefully before purchasing. 

If you are unsure about your size or need assistance, please contact us prior to purchasing and we will be happy to help.


In-Person Size Exchanges (Melbourne Only)

We offer size exchanges in person for customers located in Melbourne only.

  • Exchange must be arranged in advance
  • Items must meet all return/exchange conditions 
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • No refunds will be issued for size exchanges (exchange only) 


Return/Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery
  • Receipt or proof of purchase must be provided

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Free from makeup, fake tan, deodorant marks, perfume, and any scents
  • Free from stains, marks, pet hair, or damage not caused by a fault
  • Not washed or altered in any way

All returned items are inspected upon arrival.

If an item is returned or presented for exchange claiming to meet these conditions but is found to have signs of wear, stains, or damage not due to a fault, the return or exchange may be declined. If applicable, the item can be sent back to you, and additional shipping costs may apply.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund was has been approved. 

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for:

  • Faulty/damaged items
  • Incorrect items received
  • In-person size exchanges (Melbourne only)

If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued. 


Return Shipping

We will cover your return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.

For all returns, we recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please contact us via email.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issues or exchange request
  • Photos (if item is faulty or incorrect)

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on: 

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
