Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please note that during high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

International
- Standard Shipping: 6-15 business days

Delivery Issues
If you are not home at the time of delivery, the courier may leave your parcel in a safe place or provide instructions for collection.
If you are unable to locate your package after delivery, we recommend contacting the courier directly to lodge an inquiry. We are also happy to assist where possible.
Taxes & Duties
Australia:
No additional taxes or duties are applied beyond what is shown at checkout.
International Orders:
Customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
If a shipment is refused or not claimed due to unpaid customs fees, we may be unable to offer a full refund.
If a parcel is successfully returned to us, we may issue a refund for the item value only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
